Hello Paul82, At the moment any line on the estimate including the memo section would appear when emailing out to the email you sent your estimates to. Potentially if you did not need the description box to be visible to the customer you can use that and in the templates untick it so it doesn't appear when emailed out. Then you could copy it from the description section when you have changed it to an invoice. Alternatively, you can enter 2 email addresses on a customer as long as you separate them with a comma(you go to the customer and use the edit on the right-hand side to add in a second email address in the email section of customer information). This may not be ideal but you can then create an estimate, select the customer and when the 2 emails pop up you can delete the one not needed on the estimate, then copy the estimate to the invoice, once done select the delete on the line on the invoice(the rubbish bin icon), you'll get a message saying it will unlink the estimate. Once done change the customer to a different one and back to the original you will then get the 2 emails again and you can delete the one you do not need, then on the right-hand side, you will see the estimate in the add to invoice. Just add it back in. You do not have to go out of the invoice to do that. Any queries just post back here in the Community:smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:

I didnt realise I could add two emails separated with a comma in the customer details, that does the trick, I can just delete the one I dont wnat to use.
