Can I get a receipt or invoice for the monthly subscription to quickbooks?
When I attempt to download the pdf I get an error message.

Do you have access to the email address set as the Master Admin of your file?
That email should receive an emailed invoice for each month. Failing that, give our support teams a call on 0808 234 5337; they can re-send missing ones to you.
