Normally, once you've saved all your transactions, this will remain in your account unless other users with the same access have deleted them. If you're trying to view transactions from an expired account, please know you'll only have read-only access to your data for one year, otherwise, this will be entirely deleted. You'll always have to make sure to export data to Excel or to a desktop version so you'll be able to secure a copy.
We'd also suggest to double check you are signed into the correct account and you have not taken out a new account( it is something we have seen before)
However, if your account is active and yet you're unable to see those transactions, we can perform some steps so we can fix the issue. To start, you can try logging into your account in a private window. I'll show you how:
Once you're able to sign in, check if you're able to see the past invoices and estimates. If so, go back to your default browser and clear the cache to speed up the loading process. There are times the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. If not, try switching to other supported browsers.
