Hi, Rachel. Were you getting any error messages when attempting to submit your receipts on your device? In the meantime, we can do some troubleshooting steps to restore normal functionality.
If you're using Android, clear the software data by going to Settings > Apps > QuickBooks app > Storage > Clear Data. For iPhone, go to Settings > App > iPhone Storage > QuickBooks App > Offload.
