Can the "Paid" stamp be moved on invoices as it stamps it right over the product description? It's very annoying as you then can't fully read the description, thanks.

Hey info410,

I apologies as there's no way to remove this at present - please leave feedback by going to the Gear icon > Feedback as this goes directly to the developer who are able to implement such changes :)

Don't like this response.

I DO NOT WANT 'PAID' on Zero invoices, who cannot understand the £00.00 amount means nothing is to pay?

Do I have to change to another online accounts package?

I hear your sentiments, jcmay. Allow me to add details regarding your concern.

QuickBooks Online(QBO) automatically marks zero invoices as Paid, a feature that works as designed. We understand your need to remove this functionality. Thus, I recommend sending a feature request through the Feedback section within QuickBooks.

We would greatly appreciate your thoughts. Our product development team will review your suggestion and may consider adding it in future updates. To submit your suggestion, please follow the steps below:

  1. Select the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.
  2. Type in your product suggestions.
  3. Select Next to submit.

Additionally, I've added this article to help you when your customer pays an invoice: Receive and Record Invoice Payments
