Yes you can edit a customer's name once an invoice has been sent. If you go to sales>customers>click on the customer in question>edit>make the changes needed> save this will then change the name on the invoice created already and for going forward as well.
Thank you so much Ashleigh1. I don’t seem to be able to edit any of the customer details when doing this. Is a desktop only feature? Many thanks
Hi elle_hj-hotmail-, this feature isn't restricted to Desktop and the steps above will help you edit this in QB Online. Do you receive any error when attempting to save the updated details? To check for any potential browser issue that may be preventing this, you can also try to update the details by signing into QB through an incognito/private browsing window (press Ctrl + Shift + n in Chrome or MS Edge to open). :woman_technologist:
