One possible reason your client isn't showing in QuickBooks is that they have been marked as, jillyhalliday.
You can go to your Customers page and reactivate any clients that may have been set as inactive to active. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Customers and leads menu on the left pane.
- Under Customers tab, click the Gear icon on the upper part of the Action column and mark the Include inactive box.

Once you complete the these steps, your previously inactive clients will now be visible and set as active.
If it still not appearing, we can perform troubleshooting steps. There are times, browsers can accumulate cached data, cookies, and extension that may interfere with QuickBooks or other websites you use. You can clear your browser's cache or any Intuit-specific cookies to resolve potential issue. A browser's cache stores temporary files on your computer to help websites load faster during future visits. However, over time, this cached data can become outdated or corrupted, leading to performance problems or unexpected errors. Clearing the cache ensures that your browser fetches the most up-to-date and accurate information from the website.
However if the issue persists, you can switch to a different browser. This will help us determine if the problem exists with their current browser of if the issue is more widespread.
Let me know if you have any questions or additional concerns about your client's display. We're always right here to help you.
