I have successfully used multi currency for several years with no trouble. Today when I want to post a transfer from a usd account to a gbp account there are no rates showing for the currency exchange and I cant proceed. I also can no longer process purchases invoices in usd. Can someone offer help please?
We're aware of an issue where customers are unable to edit the currency exchange and the currencies show as unavailable. Our team are working to fix this as a priority and we're tracking this under the investigation with reference INV-87961. Hello Community users, we just wanted to pop in and update this thread. The investigation INV-87961 was resolved by our engineers in May. This was fixed on a company by company basis.
