To mark an invoice as paid in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app, we can record the payment directly on the Invoice associated with their name.
Here's how:
- Log in to your QBO app.
- In the Dashboard, tap See All.
- Select the Invoice and then choose your client's name.
- Then, tap the Plus icon next to the Payment.
- Select the amount paid by your client.
- Tap Save once done.
From there, you can successfully mark your client's Invoice paid.
