Each time I raise an invoice it says application error

First off, please specify the error message you received when creating an invoice so we can provide a tailored solution to effectively resolve the issue.

 

For now, the issue is possibly caused by temporarily cached data within the app. We can clear the cache to refresh the app. Here's how:

 

For iOS:

 

1. Go to Settings and tap General.
2. Click iPhone Storage, then select the QuickBooks Online app.
3. Tap Offload App. This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.

 

For Android:

 

1. Go to the Menu ☰ icon and tap More Options.
2. Click on Settings, then Refresh Data.
3. Select YES to confirm.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app to have the latest version.

 

Alternatively, you can create an invoice through a supported web browser.
