Edit Remittance Advice wording

Hello Christine-bulbbec, thanks for posting on the Community page, unfortunately there is no way of being able to edit remittance advice wording in QuickBooks, you can leave this as feedback via the main cog wheel> feedback this gets sent straight to the developers team.

Thank you for getting back.  However, how many things actually get addressed when feedback is sent?  I have sent through several, what I consider to be really urgent changes, in the last 6 months and none to-date have been implemented.  I totally appreciate that your teams must get flooded with requests but since I have been using QB (6 months only) I have seen 1 change and that was the addition of using the "bookmark" facility which I must add is great.  I have spoken to a few users of QB (outside of this community area) and they all say the same as me.

While not all suggestions are able to be implemented, our development team consolidate feedback submitted on a regular basis and rank these based on customer-demand. We appreciate all of your suggestions and we're hopeful that more customisation options will be added in the future.

Thank you for getting back.  So it must mean that people moan but just do not put it in writing to you their concerns.  I really really would have thought this notes page section was a vital addition to your systems and a useful tool for us users and more would have asked the same question as me.  To be honest there are so many areas/pages etc etc on QB (unlike none I have ever in my 30 years of using account's packages come across) I expect the team are inundated with so many various requests.  So how d we go about getting the issues that we feel are a priority up the ladder??  

Hi christine-bulbec, we can only recommend submitting feedback regularly for features that you feel need implementing urgently. We also encourage other users visiting this post to submit their own feedback in-product to increase the demand. QuickBooks Online is a vast system but we're always working on product updates & new innovations to make sure  we're providing a platform that helps customers to meet their accounting needs. Thanks for your understanding. :)

The wording of the remittance advice is rubbish. It is a matter of URGENCY that we are able to change it. It is practically unusable at present. Please add my comments to the lists of changes that you send to the developers.

Hi TonyArm - I have logged this via the feedback as advised by their team above, however, i am sure that I am just a drop in the ocean and will never get looked at!   Perhaps you could also give them feed back and the more that do the more quicker we will get added to that list of changes we so desperately and urgently need!
