Do you get an error message as well saying something along the lines of sorry there was a problem? Are you using the browser or the app to edit the invoice? If you are using the app can we ask you to check on the browser version if it lists 3 times in the invoices list as well? Thanks

I appreciate your patience in trying to come up with a resolution. In this case, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the application. This way, QuickBooks cache data will get the latest updates and remove the data that makes an unusual behaviour to the system.
To uninstall the QBO app, you can tap and hold the icon from your screen and tap Uninstall. Once done, you can go to the application store (Google Play for Android/App Store for iOS) to download the QBO app for free.
Once you are logged in, you can try to edit the invoice and save it.
