For two weeks I am unable to view transactions using Android app. Message always says 'Try again in a few hours'. I have no issues when using desktop, bank feeds all load

For two weeks I am unable to view transactions using Android app. Message always says 'Try again in a few hours'. I have no issues when using desktop, bank feeds all load

Hi george-beaton-gm We'd be grateful if you can clear the cache on the app by following the steps below:🙏🏻

 

1, Open the settings application on your device

2, Go to the Apps menu

3, Choose Installed Applications

4, Find the application you want to clear the app data of

5, Select it, move to the storage tab

6, Hit clear app cache

Clearing app cache did not help, but deleting app data did. Unfortunately this means logging in and waiting for data to sync again.  Hopefully I only have to do this once. Thanks for oyur help.
