Hello there. I want to ensure you'll be able to see all your invoices, customers, and product information on the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.
To start, let’s first log in to your QBO account via a web browser. Then, check all the customers, invoices, and products from there. If you're able to see all the information, let’s now eliminate the stored cache on your mobile device to refresh the background processes.

However, if the same thing happens, you can uninstall and reinstall your QBO app to start fresh.
You can also run the Audit Log report to check who made some changes to your account. Refer to this article: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.
