Let’s first check if this has something to do with the browser. Try sending an invoice again through a private browser. Here’s how:
• For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
• For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
• For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.
If it works fine, it’d be best to clear your browser’s cache or switch to other browser. Overloaded files saved in your browser can sometimes cause unusual behaviors in the program.Though, if the issue continues, I’d recommend reaching out to our support team. Here’s how:
Click Help at the top.
Select Contact us.
