Welcome to the Community. We can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to get you back on track.
To begin with, make sure to log in to your QuickBooks as primary admin to ensure you can access any areas in the company.
Once done, we can clear the app's data to start fresh. The steps may vary by device.
Here's how:
Android:
- Go to Menu ☰ then tap More Options ⋮.
- Select Settings, then Refresh Data.
- Tap Yes.
iOS:
- Go to the Menu ☰ icon, then select Help & Feedback.
- Tap Refresh Data.
- Select Refresh.
You can also do it in your device settings:
Android:
- Go to the Settings menu.
- Select Apps (varies by device), then choose QuickBooks app from the list Storage.
- Select Clear data.
iOS:
- From your device's Settings, select Setting General iPhone Storage.
- Choose an app that's taking up a lot of space.
- Click the Offload App.
If the issue persists, I suggest you uninstall it and then reinstall the app:
- Tap and hold the app on your phone.
- Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
- Select Yes to confirm.
