Hello jeremy61, Thanks for the clarification. Can we ask you to go to the cog in the top right>account and settings>company>contact info. Is the detail there correct? If so could you exit the account and settings and go back to the cog and then go to custom form styles >select edit on the form style which is the default one> click on the content option and top third of the preview and check if you hit the box with address and check it shows correctly there. If it does let us know.
Hi jeremy61, thanks for joining the Community :) - do the additional characters only show when print/previewing the invoice, or do they also show on the 'billing address' field when creating the invoice?
Hello,
No they do not appear in the billing address when creating an invoice. They are part of my address rather that the customers.
Thanks

I have left the County field blank, it was London. Now the Lo has disappeared from the invoice. Thanks
Hello Jeremy, Lovely stuff, happy to see that has resolved things for you:smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:
Hi - I am having the same LO problem - but I am in Quickbooks Online and I cannot see the cog in top right that is referred to in the answer from EmmaM?
Further - in my Intuit Personal Information I have tried selecting Middlesex from the State (why is it not County?) drop down but it does not resolve the issue. And I cannot see a blank option under State drop down
Let's find out why you're not seeing the custom form style option, @Carty.
You'll want to use an incognito or private window to check if you're able to access the Custom form styles option. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
If so. your cache and extensions are probably interfering with the scripts that QuickBooks is trying to run on the page. Clear the cache so you'll be able to work with a clean slate. If not, you can switch to a different browser.
However, if you're still unable to access it, I suggest reaching out to our support team to investigate further. They have the tools to securely pull up your account and double-check why is this happening. Here's how to reach them:
Once everything is fixed, you can start customizing your sales forms. For complete steps, see this link: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
Let me know if you have any concerns with custom form styles. I'll always be right here to help.
