Let's go over some troubleshooting steps together to get the purchase order and product tab working in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Cassieh. I'll be glad to show you the way to carry out each one.
I've checked our records and there's no reported case of this odd behavior in the program. To resolve this, we can access your account using an incognito/private browser. It could be your browser's cache and cookies are corrupted causing unexpected behaviors in QBO. Refer to these shortcut keys:
- Mozilla Firefox / Internet Explorer: Press CTRL + Shift + P
- Safari: Press Command + Shift + N
- Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N
Once done, we can create a purchase order or enter a product item again. If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. You can also use supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.
