Currently, the option to export a customer list using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app is impossible, Robert. With this, I'd recommend logging into your account via a web browser to complete this task. I'll guide you throughout the process.
You can export your customers' information in QBO by going to the Customers or Reports page.
If you want to export from the Customers menu, you can export data like Customer, Company, Address, Phone number, Email Address, Attachment, Open Balance, and Notes. To do this, here's how:
- Go to the Sales menu.
- Select Customers.
- Click the Export to Excel icon next to the Print icon.
