We're not aware of any issues sending invoices from the QuickBooks Online mobile app at the moment.
Invoices can be created from the Quick actions icon on the app landing page, or by going to the Menu > Invoices > Select the plus (+) icon.
After filling in the invoice details, select Save and then Preview and send, then check that a valid email address is entered in the To field.
If you don't see the options above, please uninstall and reinstall the app to the latest version available in your app store to troubleshoot. For any further support, please get back in touch below.
