Hi, is anyone else having trouble uploading receipts/bills since the receipt capture updated? I have tried uninstalling the app and still no joy.

Hi, is anyone else having trouble uploading receipts/bills since the receipt capture updated? I have tried uninstalling the app and still no joy.

Hello there, Castlecarpets. I'll ensure you can upload your receipts and bills to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.

 

Beforehand, it's noteworthy that QuickBooks supports PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PNG images when uploading receipts and bills. Moreover, if you have HEIC images from a newer iPhone or iPad, you can convert HEIC images to a compatible format before uploading them.

 

Furthermore, you can also utilize a web browser to upload your receipts or use a different supported browser.

 

If the problem still exists, I suggest contacting our customer support team. They have the necessary tools and knowledge to assist you in resolving this matter.  

 

  1. Go to the Help icon at the top.
  2. On the Assistant tab, click Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter your concern in the Type Something field, then click the Send icon.
  4. Click on I still need a human.
  5. You can either select Chat with us or Have us call you.
