Hi, is it possible to invoice a client once every 2 years? Thank you.

Hi usersupport5 It's not possible to invoice customers bi-annually using the recurring transactions function, an annual basis is the longest period available.

Hi John,

Is it possible to set the option to invoice Monthly and then select 24 month?

Would that work?

Thanks

Steve

Hello Usersupport5, That should work yes, you will need to put a start date in as well. We have tested and that sets up correctly you can only set up 24 hours beforehand so you could always do a test one with that template to create one tomorrow and check in the recurring templates that the next one shows as 24 months time and then delete the test one created and edit the template for the customer you want to use.

@usersupport5

If you have many clients with this invoicing schedule, you may have 2 apps to help. One app is for the reminder and you may monitor all of your tasks anytime. One app is for automatically creating the invoice on your QBO once the date is triggered.
