Hi Hannah26, Welcome to the Community :waving_hand: Yes you can restrict what other users can and can't do within QuickBooks, I believe for what you're after you may want to look at giving them access as a standard user with limited access, However, the restrictions are limited so won't do everything that you require as even with limited access they can still delete things, Please see link that goes more in-depth as to what the users can and can't do. As another option, consider having a CRM app for your sales team to create estimate and invoice, then integrate it with your QBO. They don't need to have any access to QBO.
