Hi, my invoices are not showing they have been viewed when I know that they have?

 

Good day, vanceplaster,

 

Thanks for the time you've given checking this with us today. I'm here to share some updates about the activities not updating on your invoices.

 

This problem has been reported and is something our engineers are working on at the moment. They are closely investigating the cause of the issue to implement a fix as soon as possible.

 

If you're not yet added to the notification loop, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Support Team. Once your email is attached to our list of affected users, you'll automatically receive live updates about the progress of the issue. Here's how to contact us:

  1. On your QBO account, click the (?) Help menu.
  2. Click the Contact us button.

You can have them add you to the investigation ID INV-23733. In the meantime, you can keep track of each instance when the invoice has been sent to your clients using the Audit History feature. Here's how to do that:

  1. Open the invoice you have sent to the customer.
  2. At the bottom of the transaction, click More.
  3. Choose Audit History.
