How can we sort the order of the Receipts > Reviewed ?

Just entered a receipt, created an expense.

It then didn't appear as an option to match in the bank transactions, and now I'm trying to find it again in the Receipts > Reviewed,

but (as usual with Quickbooks, usability is very poor): 

The default sort order appears to be completely random, rather than in the order in which they were entered and since only 10 are listed at once, it's a real pain in the backside trying to find it again, having to click through 700+ previous entries.

So naturally I assumed I could click on the date heading to sort by date. However the only heading that seems to respond to a click is "Created by" .

That has an arrow that toggles between up and down, but doesn't appear to actually do anything - i.e. it doesn't sort by the user who created it.

Currently, this feature is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. We understand how important this function could be for managing your receipts efficiently.

We encourage you to share your feedback directly with QuickBooks through their customer feedback portal. Your idea is valuable and could influence the addition of sorting receipts capabilities in future updates.

1. Go to the Gear icon at the top, then select Feedback.
2. Type in your product suggestions.
3. Click Next to submit feedback.
