Zoho is a third-party application and is not affiliated with QuickBooks. That said, you'll want to get on touch with the Zoho Support. They can review the settings and integration in order for all of your invoices and customer information to sync in to QuickBooks Online.
You can use Google search to find their most updated contact information.

2. Purchase a 3rd party conversion service.
