How do I invoice in Euros ?

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), a multicurrency feature is available for businesses that offer services and products to other regions with different currencies. Since you want to send invoices to your customers in Euros €, enabling it is the best option.

Before doing so, please know that this tool is only available for Essentials, Plus, and Advanced subscriptions. Thus, if you're using Simple Start, you might consider upgrading to a higher one to access it. Also, once it's turned on, there's no option to turn it off. If you're ready, here are the steps to follow:

1. Click the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
2. Go to the Currency section in the Advanced menu and hit the Pencil icon.
3. Enable the Multicurrency option.
4. Press Save and Done.
   
   

Afterward, create a new customer profile that will utilize the € currency. Here's how:

1. Go to the Sales menu and select Customers.
2. Click the New Customer button.
3. In the Currency field, choose the desired currency and fill in the necessary information.
4. Tick Save once done.
   
   

Now, you can create an invoice. Choose the new customer, enter the conversion amount and other necessary details, and then save or send it to them. See the sample image below.

Furthermore, when your customers pay their invoices, recording the payment is the next step to mark the transaction paid.

In addition, run a report and enable the currency to view all transactions with different currencies.
