Hello there, Scotts. You can record a grant from Natural England as a Bank Deposit to accurately reflects incoming funds, categorise them properly, and keep your records organised and transparent.
Here's how to do it:
- Select + Create.
- Choose Bank Deposit.
- From the Account dropdown, choose the account you want to put the money into.
- Enter the name of the donor in the Received From column.
- From the Account dropdown, choose the Chart of Accounts you want to post the money to.
- Enter the amount and other necessary fields.
- Hit Save and close.
