I understand the challenges you have right now with the payment online feature, userhudthudson.
Unchecking those payment options is the recommended way to remove the Pay online when sending an invoice to your customers. Since it's not working, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Customer Support to provide troubleshooting steps to remove it, so the customer will no longer receive the option to pay online.

- Go to Help in the upper-right corner.
- Click on the Search tab.
- Tap Contact us.

- Input your concern in the box.
- Click Continue.
