Hello theaultbeahotel, thanks for reaching out to the Community about receipt snaps. There is not an option at the moment to allocate two pictures to one receipt. It would be a case of creating the transaction manually in this instance and then using the attachments option to attach the image manually to the transaction. We appreciate that is not ideal. You can leave feedback in the cog in the top right of QuickBooks. Any questions let us know, we'd be happy to answer them.
I am having the same problem. Some of my receipts span two pages which cannot be uploaded as one photograph. This is absolutely ridiculous and time wasting!
Hello there, NicolaP.
This isn't the kind of experience I want you to feel regarding uploading receipts as one photograph in QuickBooks Online. I can also see how time-saving it is and works seamlessly in the program so you run your business smoothly. Let me provide an alternative step to achieve your goal and ensure you can send feedback so this suggestion is forwarded to the Product Development Team.
