How to send customer statements from app..it doesn't give any option to send statements from app..

Currently, the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app does not support sending customer statements. This is due to the app’s limited features compared to the web version.

However, you can send customer statements using your mobile device by accessing QuickBooks through a web browser. Here’s how:

1. Go to +Create, then choose Statements.
2. Select the customers you want to send statements to by ticking the checkboxes next to their names.
3. Choose the type of statement you want to generate: Balance Forward, Open Item, or Transaction.
4. Set the Start and End dates for the statement. If customers don’t meet the criteria within the selected date range, they’ll be excluded.
5. Confirm the email addresses of the recipients and ensure they're correct.
6. Click Save and send.
7. Review the statement, then select Send.
