I have a few steps that we can perform to help us retrieve the invoice icon in QuickBooks Online, Tyler.
Firstly, the problem may be due to data saved in the app. To check if this is the case, we can reset the data. This process is similar to clearing the cache on a web browser.
Here's how:
iOS:
- Go to the Menu ☰ icon, then select Help & Feedback.
- Tap Refresh Data.
- Select Refresh.
You can also do it in your device settings:
iOS:
- From your device's Settings, select Setting General iPhone Storage.
- Choose an app that's taking up a lot of space.
- Click the Offload App.
After you've reset the data, restart your device and reopen your QBO mobile app to check if the issue is resolved. If the problem persists, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app:
- Tap and hold the app on your phone.
- Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
- Select Yes to confirm.
Additionally, you can visit this page to learn about the supported features of QuickBooks Online mobile apps: Compare mobile app features.
Let me know if you have further queries about the invoice icon or any QuickBooks-related concerns. Keep safe.
