To clarify, are you unable to see this month’s transactions on the Bank Transactions page or in the QuickBooks Register?
If your bank data isn't appearing, please ensure the correct filters and date range are selected, and check the Posted and Excluded tabs to see if any transactions have been moved. Click the Update button on the bank page to refresh your data. If the data still isn't updating, visit your bank's website for maintenance alerts or connection issues that might cause temporary delays.
In the meantime, you can manually upload your transactions to keep your bank feeds up to date. Please note that once the connection is restored, these transactions may re-import, so review your feed and exclude any duplicates.
If it’s your register, make sure the correct date range is selected, and no accounts are hidden. Also, review any reconciled or manually added entries that might not appear under default filters.
