I can see how this might be inconvenient for you, @PAUL W1. I’ll help figure out what’s going on here.
Here are a couple of reasons why the invoice (from a supplier) might not be appearing successfully in the Review tab:
-The file format
-The file size
You'll want to check the file format you're using when uploading the bill to QuickBooks. QuickBooks supports the following formats: PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PNG images. For additional tips on uploading bills, please refer to this article: Upload your receipts and bills to QuickBooks Online.
You can also import bills in CSV format. Please note that you can only import spreadsheets with fewer than 1,000 rows, so we recommend splitting your spreadsheet into smaller files and importing them separately.
