Hello there, shaunhiggs
Some customers prefer a paper copy of their invoice. In QuickBooks Online, you can print the invoice by following these steps:
Once printed out, you can put it in an envelope and mail it to the customer's address. You can also send the invoice via email by clicking the Save and Send button. They might appreciate both versions.
I'm also adding this article that you can bookmark: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
Please let me know if there's anything else you need. Take care.
Hello, its not really the email or posting that’s the problem. I have a business customer that is an agent and they want me to invoice the customer C/o their office. I.e Mr long, C/o 2 West Street.
however I do 10 jobs a day for this customer so the next invoice would be Mr Short, c/o 2West Street, etc so I need to do ten invoices to the same company each with a different name.
Hi shaunhiggs
You would either have to create sub customers or copy the invoice and change the name/details if necessary.
