I now have the same issue.
I have already contacted Quickbooks about the link to editing Invoices being broken, so I cannot personalise my invoices. There is no option to click anything next to payment options.
This is on top of an awful migration from Quickbooks Self Employed to Quickbooks online where all of my previously paid invoices are now showing as unpaid.
I have been waiting for a response from your team about this for over a month now. I'm getting absolutely nothing for my money from you now. Joke company.
