There's a processing limit of how much some users can get paid online in a 30-day rolling period. When you reach the limit, customers won't be able to pay online until it's reinstated.
You can contact our Customer Care Team support so they can check your account and provide more details about your processing limit.
Here's how:
- Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
- Enter "Talk to a human."
- Select Contact a human to connect with our live support.
- Click Live Chat/Call me back.
- Enter a short description of your concern and click Continue.
- Select a way to connect to our support.
