In QuickBooks, the forwarding email address to be used for forwarding receipts must be unique, Edward.
Since the forward-to email address you want to use is already linked to your practice account, you'll no longer be able to use it for your regular account to prevent receipts from being sent to the wrong address.
What you can do is set up a unique email address for your regular account. This change will only apply to the forward-to address and won’t affect the email you use to send receipts.
