I'm randomly missing all transactions for the month of July. It seems impossible to contact anyone at Quickbooks for support. Anyone know of any solutions? Thanks

All transactions are June and August are accounted for.

We can manually update to force the system to download the missing and latest transactions, Info2265.

Before that, may I know which banking institution is connected to your QuickBooks account? Any additional details will help me provide you with the most accurate resolution.

To update the bank transaction, here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and click Manage Accounts.
  2. Choose your bank and select the Refresh All button.

If the issue persists, we can sign in to your bank's website to check for any alerts, messages, or maintenance notifications, as this could be the reason why the transactions are missing.

However, if your bank's site is working fine, we can manually import the missing transactions via a CSV or Excel file.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Transactions tab and click the Import transactions from the Add Transaction dropdown.
  2. Follow the onscreen steps to upload the CSV file.
  3. Choose an account and click the Import older Transactions under the Action column.
  4. Locate your downloaded bank statement on your computer.
  5. Map the columns and click on the Continue button.
  6. Follow the steps on the screen to proceed.
