We're unable to replicate an issue with this on our side. First, please check that there is a valid email address entered in the email field and select the drop-down beside save and close to see all save options. If this doesn't fix, check for any browser issues that may be causing this by clearing the cache and cookies on your browser or access using a private browsing window or different web browser.
Hi, I have clarerd the cache and cookies but I cannot see a save button when I entre valid detaisl on and new customer invoice, nor can i edit an old invoice as there is no send button. I am now at a standstill in rasing invoices
Hi Tithe Barn, thanks for joining this thread. We don't have any reported issues with the save/save and send function in QuickBooks at the moment.
To troubleshoot the issue further, please try opening QuickBooks in a different web browser, or in a private/incognito web page (press Ctrl + Shift + n in Chrome to open).
After clearing the cache and Intuit specific cookies, please also make sure that you have fully closed and re-opened the browser for the changes to take effect.
