Thank you for reaching out to us and sharing your concerns regarding the added terms and conditions for your estimate creation process on the QuickBooks Online (QBO)  app.

Our team always strives to ensure that users can utilize QBO efficiently. The QBO app is designed with a default modern layout, which means that any changes you make to the template on the web version will not be reflected in the app.

As a workaround, we suggest that you use the mobile browser to log in to your QuickBooks Online account and create an estimate. This will allow you to use the added terms and conditions in your estimate creation process.

Moreover, you can check this article to learn which QuickBooks Online mobile app features are supported on mobile devices: Compare mobile app features.

Feel free to drop by again if you need further assistance or if you have other QuickBooks-related concerns. We're available 24/7 to help you. Have a nice day!

Thanks for the reply, so does this mean I can’t add terms and conditions to my estimates at all on my phone as I use my phone 99% of the time. I currently have some bank details and utr numbers on it. Surely I can change that

Thank you for getting back to the thread,

As my colleague stated, using your mobile phone, you can include terms and conditions in your estimate. However, through your mobile browser rather than within the app. If you use an iPhone, access it through Safari and Chrome or other available mobile browsers for Android. You may see this article for additional information: QuickBooks Online access for mobile devices.

Here's an article that can guide you further in customising your invoice template and sales form delivery method on the mobile app: Customise invoices on the QuickBooks Online mobile app
