I’ll help and route you in the right direction about your concern, shaunhughrobinso.

In QBO, we use the estimate to send quotes or proposals. You can set up and save a new template by using the estimate sales template and changing the name to quote or quotation.  This way, your client will know that you’re sending the final quotation.

Here’s how:

  1. Press the Gear icon at the top and choose Custom Form styles under Your Company.
  2. Tap the New style drop-down to choose Estimate.quotation.png
  3. Once you have selected the template click Done to keep the changes.

After adding the custom form, you can now use it to send the quote. The process is similar when you create an estimate. Make sure to click the Customise menu and select the template to apply the changes.quotation4.pngquotation.3.png

Why do you need to send "another" quotation? Is it a proforma invoice?
