You can scan the receipt and manually attach it to the invoice. Let me guide you how.
In your QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA):
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Attachments.
- Click the Drag/Drop files in the Attachments section and drag all scanned receipts.
Once done:
- Go to the Sales menu.
- Select the Customers tab.
- Select a customer and open the invoice.
- Click the Show existing link under the Attachments field.
- Then click Add to add the uploaded receipts.
