Do your clients get any error messages or anything showing up? Have they checked in their inbox, spam and junk to see if any have been sent to there. Have you done a test invoice to yourself to see if you receive one if not could you try please.
I’ve tested one to myself and received nothing. They have had 6 invoices from me with no hassle but didn’t get the last one.
Hello Simon, can you try clearing your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down and try again let us know if the same thing still happens.
