Yes, JD Garden Design. It is possible to pull up reports with untagged transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
In QBO, we can run and customise two reports (Transaction List by Tag Group and Profit and Loss by Tag Group) to help us pull up the data you need. I'll show you how:
Transaction List by Tag Group:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Type in Transaction List by Tag Group in the Search field, then click to open.
- Choose Customise.
- Add the correct report date.
- Under Rows/Columns, select None in the Group by field.
- Filter the other info.
- Once done, hit Run report.
Profit and Loss by Tag Group:
- Find and access the Profit and Loss by Tag Group report in the Search field.
- Go to Customise.
- Add the correct report date.
- Under Rows/Columns, select Total Only in the Columns field.
- On the Filter menu, select Tags.
- For the Tags menu, choose Not Specified.
- Click Run Report.
Once you pull up the untagged transactions, manually click them so you add the correct tag.
