Yes, @bost1. It's possible to include product images to your invoices or estimates as attachments in QuickBooks Online (QBO), and I'd be glad to help you accomplish this.
Providing your customers with a visual of your products is easy when you include pictures of them on your sales forms. It can be done in QBO by utilizing the Attachment feature in your invoices or estimates. Please see the steps below:
Please note that the maximum size for attachments is 20 MB.

To mark an invoice as paid, you'll have to enter the payment you received from the customer in QBO. Otherwise, the invoice is still listed in your reports as open.

I was hoping it was possible to have the images pasted inside the actual form (invoice or estimate) in a separate column. Ideally, they would be drawn from products section where I can see the images can be added and shown. This isn't possible?

The option to add images to products and services in invoices is unavailable. For now, the only workaround is to include them as attachments, as suggested by my colleague.
Though, it would be great to have this feature in QuickBooks Online. While we assess this, I encourage you to submit feedback directly to our product engineers.
