Hi. I'm connected to my HSBC bank account but I've noticed that some of my transactions are missing and when I try to import from a .CSV file Quickbooks tells me that they've removed transactions and nothing new has been found/imported! It's going to take me ages to check line-by-line against my bank statements. If I add each transaction manually I can't choose to add it to my bank transaction so it will only enter as a cash transaction. Any ideas what's happening?

We would be grateful if you can clarify a few things.
When you imported the CSV was it successful, did it add any new transactions to the for review page?
If the import was successful is this the stage when you are attempting add the transactions from the for review page within the banking section and you are only able to add them as cash transactions?
It simply told me that it had removed some duplicate transactions during upload and that no new transactions were added. I guess either the transactions were already in quickbooks but for some reason I can't see them, or quickbooks thinks they're there and refuses to upload.
As I can't import them - and I can't see them, then my only option is to add them manually but that means they appear as a cash transaction.
