I appreciate your effort in trying to resolve the issue you're encountering, Phillip.
Before we start, I would appreciate it if you could provide your bank’s name, as it will help us provide you with a targeted solution.
To begin, you can log in to your bank’s website and check if there are any maintenance happening on their end. If there’s none, you can troubleshoot by clearing your data or uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks application. You can follow the steps below based on the device you are using.
For Android:
- Open Settings.
- Select Apps or Apps & notifications.
- Find and tap QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Tap Storage or Storage & Cache, then select Clear Data (or Clear Storage).
- Confirm if prompted.
For iOS:
- Open Settings and tap General.
- Select iPhone Storage and find the QBO app.
- Tap Offload App to free up storage without deleting your data.
You can also manually update your bank through the browser to ensure your transactions sync properly.
In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions via a CSV file directly using browser to keep your records up to date.
