Let's figure out if this has something to do with excessive cache files in your browser, sugarshackswindo.
This might be the reason why your customers are unable to open the sent invoices. We can fix this by letting them access the View invoice link via a private browser since it doesn't store data in the cache. Here are the following keyboard shortcuts:
- Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
If they can open the invoice, you can recommend them to go back to their regular browser and clear the cache. This removes the stored cache files and gets a clean slate in the browser. Otherwise, they can use other supported browsers.
We can also continue to take other actions, like printing or exporting them as PDFs, and attach this to your emails as an attachment.
