Do you receive any bounceback error when sending the invoices, and do the invoices show as 'not sent' on both the QuickBooks app and web browser?
Yes that’s correct
What error do you receive when sending the invoice?
There isn’t one - I’ll go to send invoice and send the invoice but the status reads as not sent so I’ll do it again and it’s the same thing by stating it has not been sent via browser, mobile app and iPad app
